Touch Rugby at Papatoetoe Intermediate

On Monday we went to play Touch Rugby at Papatoetoe Intermediate satellite class part of Mount Richmond Special School. First of all we went into our big Toyota van. It took us about 10 minutes to get there. Shortly after we went into their class. We took Kate from EW2 and Andrew from EW3. John is the teacher in that class. 7 students from Lionel’s class were also there and Ashwin also came to watch we play. After a while we had morning tea and went out with the class into the field. Then we started to organize the teams to play the game.First some students went under a tree to get some shade and watch others playing. A moment later It was our turn to play. First we went into a line and we ran and tried to touch the other team. When we get 05 touches from the other team, we have to put the ball down on the ground and roll it back. The ball we had was a yellow ball. We had milk and water there. After the game we went back inside and fond out that we have won the game. I was very excited to hea that. Lastly we came back to school to have lunch. I had a really fun day playing Touch Rugby at Papatoetoe Intermediate.

    1. Hi Andrew Thanks for the awesome comment on my story about Touch Rugby. I really enjoyed playing the game as well. Today we posted some comments on classes from schools like St Patrick's and Tamaki Primary.
