Getting Fit Comprehension

Every weekend mum take her kids down to the nearest park. They run around the park. Mum is trying to get fit so she can run a marathon later this year. Mum runs 5 times a week. After mum does her running she stretches her legs and arms to cool down. Then she has a drink of water and a rest. Getting fit helps you keep healthy.
